Quotation Process
Here’s a friendly guide to our quotation process, designed to make everything clear and easy for you.
Stage 1: Preliminary Quotation
To kick things off, just drop us an email with as many details as you can provide. We’d love to know things like the size of your planned extension (for example, 4 x 5 metres), the height, whether a foundation is needed, the number and sizes of windows and doors, and your preferred finishes for both the interior and exterior. Once we receive your information, we’ll give you a call to go over everything you’ve shared. Based on this, we’ll happily send you a preliminary quote.
Stage 2: Detailed Quotation
If our preliminary quote looks good to you and you’re ready to move forward, we enter the next phase. There’s a fee of €200 – €300 for this detailed quotation process, but don’t worry – this fee will be refunded if you choose to build your extension with us. In this stage, we’ll visit your site to take precise measurements and discuss the design of your extension in detail. We’ll show you samples of exterior finishes, talk through the optimal materials for both the exterior and interior, and prepare detailed construction sketches and a work syllabus. After you approve these documents, we’ll provide you with a final quote.
