These homes can achieve Passive House standards, meaning you’ll enjoy year-round comfort with minimal heating and cooling costs.

To ensure clean, healthy air without wasting heat, we install Prana Heat Recovery Ventilation Systems in all our homes. These units recover up to 95% of heat from outgoing air, keeping your space fresh, healthy, and energy-efficient.

And for windows and doors? We choose only the best — Veka triple-glazed uPVC systems from Germany, offering ultra-low U-values (as low as 0.7 W/m²K) and excellent soundproofing. More light, better insulation, lower bills.
